:: Who I am / How I work
I am a relational Gestalt Therapist with a background in community development and mental health support work. I have worked in inpatient and community based settings with Mind, the NHS, and specialist addiction services.
I have experience of working with people from all walks of life and am a stable, compassionate, and adventurous ally offering support in the process of healing and self-discovery.
My interests are in music, art, and exploration of wild places.

I work in Bristol from Vessel Therapy Rooms, just off Park Street.
I am currently in the third year of postgraduate training with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute and working towards full UKCP accreditation. I am offering a reduced rate of £35.00 per session.
My practice is in line with UKCP and WPI codes of ethics, I work with full insurance, and I am registered with the DBS update service.
